Heads up: we make PropWalk, so it is on this list and ranked first, and you should weigh that. The ranking is by one thing: how much of the posting job a tool takes off you, and then the price. Each tool gets its catch, ours included. Competitor prices are from each company's own pricing page on September 29, 2026; PropWalk's are from our pricing page. Links are at the bottom.
Posting is three jobs wearing one name. Somebody has to decide what to say, somebody has to make the thing, and somebody has to put it up on the right day. Most tools do one of the three. That's why agents end up paying for a stack and still not posting.

1. PropWalk: best for posts made from your own listings, posted for you
Starter is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. You type the listing address and PropWalk makes the posts from that home: the property tour, the just listed and just sold posts, tips for buyers and sellers and a bit about you, captions written. You approve, and it posts 7 a week on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Starter also comes with 1 walkthrough video a month made from your listing photos and 50 photo edits. Pro ($99 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly) posts up to 3 a day and adds 3 walkthroughs a month, the trend tracker and the weekly report. No listing right now? It writes how-tos and local market posts for your town instead.
The catch: it posts to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, not LinkedIn or X. Starter posts 7 a week; three a day takes Pro. It makes no videos of you talking. And it is a young company, so there are few outside reviews yet; make a free week on your own listing before you take our word for it.
2. RealEstateContent.ai: best if you also post to LinkedIn and X
$119 a month, or $999 a year, with a 14-day money-back guarantee. It writes, designs, schedules and posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. You can paste a listing link for Just Listed through Just Sold posts, it makes local news and market report posts, and it makes videos of you talking without you filming.
The catch: $119 a month is the highest price on this list for software that makes the posts, and there is no free trial, only the money-back window.
3. Trolto: best if you want posts, a website and lead follow-up in one
$59 or $99 a month. Weekly social posts done for you, listing videos and listing sites, plus an agent website, local blog posts and lead follow-up, with a free trial.
The catch: the $59 plan covers one active listing at a time; more than one is the $99 plan. If you only want the posting, you are paying for a website and blog you may not use.
4. Social Realtr: best if you want people, not software
People make your content: 12 posts and 4 video edits a month on the first plan, posted for you, with a 14-day free trial. $199 a month, or $99 a month if you pay for the year.
The catch: 12 posts a month is about three a week, and $199 month to month is four times Starter. A freelancer runs $300 to $1,500 a month, so it is still a cheap way to get a human.
5. Agent Crate: best for a big template library
Create is $59 a month for the calendar and 500+ templates you customize in Canva. Automate, $99, adds 4 Instagram posts a week published for you and pushed to Facebook. Grow, $149, adds a CRM and a website builder. Branded Posts, $199, gets 3 posts a week designed in your colors with your logo and headshot.
The catch: the posts are written for every member, not the home you listed this week, and posting for you starts at $99. On the $59 plan you edit and post everything.
6. Coffee & Contracts: best for a polished look and a community
$74 a month, $199 a quarter or $740 a year for one agent. New content every week with captions, a content calendar, Instagram analytics, a link-in-bio page, lead magnets, email templates and a members group with trainings.
The catch: no posting for you is listed on its site, and your listing's photos, price and address go in by hand.
7 to 10. If you make your own posts: Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva
- Later, from $25 a month: built around Instagram, shows your grid before anything is live. The catch: it makes nothing.
- Buffer, free for 3 channels with 10 posts queued on each, then $5 a channel a month: the cheapest way to schedule. The catch: it makes nothing.
- Hootsuite, from $99 a month billed yearly: scheduling and reporting for up to 10 accounts. The catch: it is built for a marketing team, which is more than one agent needs.
- Canva, free plan with paid plans above it: design templates for anything. The catch: you write it, pick the photos and post it yourself.
How to pick in one question
Look at your last month and ask what actually stopped you. If the posts were made and just never went up, get a scheduler. If you didn't know what to post, get a library. If you knew, and had the photos, and still didn't get to it, you need the whole thing done, and that's the top four on the list.
Questions
Common questions.
What is the cheapest way for a real estate agent to schedule Instagram posts?
Buffer's free plan covers 3 channels with 10 posts queued on each, and its paid plan is $5 a channel a month. It only schedules. You still make every post yourself.
Is Coffee & Contracts worth it?
At $74 a month it's worth it if you'll open it every week and customize what's there. If you won't, you're paying for a library you don't visit.
Which tools post to Instagram for you?
PropWalk ($49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly) and RealEstateContent.ai ($119 a month) make the posts and publish them after you approve. Agent Crate's $99 plan publishes 4 Instagram posts a week. Trolto and Social Realtr post for you too. Schedulers like Later and Buffer publish only what you load into them.
Do I need Canva if I use one of these?
For Agent Crate's template library, yes, that's where you customize them. For PropWalk and RealEstateContent.ai, no. The post arrives finished and you change the words or the photo in the app if you want to.
How much does PropWalk cost?
Starter is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. Pro is $99 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly. A free account makes a week of posts a month with no card, so you see it before you pay.
