Privacy Policy

SHARPE Digital ("PropWalk", "we", "us"), located at 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #33094, Sacramento, California 95825, USA, operates the website and service at propwalk.io, which turns real-estate listing photos into AI-generated walkthrough videos and professionally relit photos. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PropWalk you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. Your email address, and — depending on how you sign in — your name and profile photo from Google, or your phone number. We use this to create and secure your account.
  • Content you upload. The photos, videos and audio you upload for processing, and the videos and photos our service generates from them.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your Stripe customer reference, plan and transaction history.
  • Usage information. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken (e.g. videos generated, credits used), used for security, debugging and improving the service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the service: generating videos and relit photos from your uploads.
  • To operate your account: sign-in, credit balances, purchase history.
  • To communicate with you: sign-in links, receipts, and notifications when your generations finish. Marketing email is sent only with your consent and always includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the service safe: preventing fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run PropWalk, and only for the purposes described here:

  • fal.ai — AI processing. Your uploaded photos are transmitted to fal.ai (and the underlying model providers it hosts) solely to generate your videos and relit photos.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in links, notifications).
  • Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Hosting providers (Netlify, Railway and our database provider) — running the website, API and storing data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply to your information).

4. Sharing links

If you use the share feature, anyone with the share link can view that video. Don't share links you want to keep private; you can delete a video from your dashboard to disable its share page.

5. Retention

We keep your account information and generated content while your account is active so you can access your library. Uploaded source files are kept only as long as needed to process and support your generations. You can delete videos from your dashboard at any time, and you can delete your entire account and its data from your Settings page.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export a copy of your data and permanently delete your account directly from your Settings page. For any other request, email us at the address below — we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the service (session and authentication cookies). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials and access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong, unique sign-in method.

9. Children

PropWalk is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of PropWalk after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
