Agents on PropWalk
What agents and photographers told us, word for word.

I’m not a technology person. Eight years in this business and I’ve avoided anything that looked complicated. This one I figured out on my own the first afternoon. I paste the link, look at what it made, and post the ones I like.

Sunday nights used to be me sitting there trying to think of captions for the week. Now I upload once and it’s done, and I actually edit maybe one or two of them before posting. The rest go up as-is.

I’ve been getting noticeably more calls since I started putting videos on my listings. Hard to prove it’s the video specifically but it’s the only thing I changed, and my last two both had showings booked before the open house.

This was truly a no brainer for me. Being able to generate & post high quality content in minutes has made a HUGE difference in my deal flow and now buyers and sellers come to me!

I’ve tried to be consistent on Instagram for three years and always fell off after about two weeks. This is the first time I’ve posted every day for a full month straight, mostly because the work is already done and I just have to hit the button.

I’ll be honest, I signed up to figure out how much trouble I was in. Turned out to be the opposite. I shoot the same as always, run the stills through, and now video is a line item on my invoice. Didn’t have to buy a gimbal or learn an editor.

The before-and-after posts do the best for me by a mile. My sellers have started sending them to their own friends, which is free marketing I wasn’t getting before. One of them got more comments than anything I’ve ever posted.

I was honestly waiting for it to invent a room or move a wall, because I’m not putting something inaccurate in front of buyers. Pulled up the video next to the actual photos and it’s the same house. Same layout, same countertops, all of it.

Had two listings go live the same week and nothing prepped for either. Pasted both Zillow links Monday morning and had two full weeks of posts by lunch. That would’ve been three or four nights of work for me.

Photos go in, tour comes out, usually before I’ve finished culling the rest of the shoot. I’ve stopped turning down jobs where the agent wants video, which used to be maybe one call a week I just let go.

I deliver the gallery plus a week of ready-to-post content now. Agents notice that immediately — it’s the first thing they mention when they refer me. Nobody else around here is doing it as far as I can tell.

I’ve got a team and I usually have to drag people into new software. Not with this one. I showed one agent, she showed everybody else, and now it’s just what we do on every listing. I didn’t run a single training.

For my higher-end listings I still bring in a crew, that hasn’t changed. But I had a bunch of mid-range ones that never justified the cost and always looked like the odd ones out. Now everything on my page looks consistent, which I didn’t realize was hurting me until it wasn’t.

Easiest add-on I’ve put in my packages in years. It costs me one upload and about five minutes, and I charge for it. Took me longer to update my pricing page than it does to actually do the work.

It would be great if there were multiple aspect ratios available.
